Standard shipping is free Australia wide. Orders are made and processed within 1 to 3 days, then shipped via standard delivery, which takes 3 to 6 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 9 business days in total.
Need it sooner? Express Post is available for $14.99 and arrives 1 to 3 business days after your order has been made and processed.

We stand by our products. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure most of the product is unused. To start a return, email us at hello@gentallow.com.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If that happens, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement as soon as possible. All returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving the item.
